It has successfully navigated long, bumpy roads and passed 40 professional tests before delivery, ensuring reliability and task capability on cobbled, rocky, and winding paths. With a quality commitment that guarantees performance exceeding 1.5 million kilometers without major overhauls and a maintenance interval of 100,000 kilometers, the vehicle also prioritizes passenger comfort with an adjustable driver seat and ergonomic passenger seating for a smooth ride.
The bus is equipped with a highly efficient and energy-saving dynamic system, featuring the ISF3.8s5154 Cummins engine paired with a 6-speed ZF Technology manual transmission. It delivers 115 kW (154 HP) and 500 Nm of torque while meeting Euro 5 exhaust emission standards. Its lightweight modular design includes 50% fewer parts for improved reliability and easier maintenance, enhancing downhill control and extending brake life while reducing costs. Additionally, it utilizes a BOSCH high-pressure common rail system with SCR post-processing and has optimized cooling, lube, and airflow systems to reduce fuel consumption.
The Foton bus boasts a streamlined design characterized by dynamic and concise features that create a strong visual impact with a modern, high-tech aesthetic. The side tail window features a backward-pressed design that beautifully complements the shape of the tail fins. Its crystal headlight incorporates an integrated halogen and LED light-source design, striking a balance between aesthetics and efficiency.
